Basic characteristics of **** Hotel

**** Hotel with capacity of40 - 60 double rooms (including several apartments) form complex of modern three floors buildings with rectangle platform with inner courtyard. Hotel disposes of lobby bar with summer terrace, hotel restaurant, beerhouse, wine cellar, modern conference centre, sport bar offering bowling, billiard, table football, wellness centre and inner courtyard suitable for garden parties with grilling. Last total reconstruction of hotel buildings took place between 2000 - 2003. In the beginning of2015 was finished modernization of accommodation part – complex replacement of furniture and carpets in 2/3 rooms. The Hotel is very well established and maintained; hotel interiors and interiors of rooms are in very good shape. Hotel is heated by gas.

Location of the Hotel

Břeclav district lies in the Jihomoravský region (South Moravian Region) and neighbouring with the districts of Znojmo, Brno-venkov, Vyškov and Hodonín. From the south, the district is defined by the border with Austria and from the south-east with Slovakia. The district is mostly important due to wine production – it´s thehighest concentrated vineyard region in the country. Area of Břeclavsko belongs to the tourist region of Jižní Morava (Southern Moravia), and also to the tourist area of Pálava and Lednice-Valtice area. The landscape of vineyards, floodplain forests and fertile fields is renowned for its rich history, traditions, folklore and numerous of monuments. The uniqueness of the territory is proven by the fact that in close proximity are located two sites under the protection of UNESCO – Biosphere Reserve Dolní Morava and cultural monument of Lednice-Valtice area with the size of approx. 283 km² of modified landscape with two chateaus, romantic buildings (colonnades, statues, forest temples, small chateuaus, etc.), embedded in the landscape. Lednice-Valtice area, with its historical buildings, landscape architecture, lakes and a network of bicycle paths and tourists sights, is considered to be the largest man-made territory in Europe.

The most important cultural targets in the area are: Chateau Lednice(originally from the 12^th century, nowadays renaissance castle has become the most visited castle in the Czech Republic with 328 thousands of visitors), chateau greenhouse and chateau gardens, Chateau Valtice, Chateau Mikulov and many smaller chateaus, churches, synagogues, galleries, museums but also castle ruins in Natural Reserve Pálava and archaeological site Dolní Věstonice. The tourism is very well developed here – mainly within wine production (wine tasting, folklore events), biking, swimming and water sports – water dam of Nové Mlýny with surface of 32 km² (the largest water area in Moravia). On the shore of Nové Mlýny, there is located an attractive newly built thermal water park Aqualand Moravia.
